Following creating the User Interface, I conducted usability testing with five people to verify the design solutions. However, some problems or concerns were thus found during this process, and some design elements had to be iterated.

• Access to medical reports was initially not designed to be easily downloaded. The user was supposed to request access from the doctor who in turn is supposed to give a passcode. This feature was supposed to enhance security around the medical reports. However, 4 out of 5 people were concerned about this feature, especially for emergencies. Therefore, an authenticator app code feature was added to the system.
